Hi, I’m Mya — the artist behind Art by Mya. I’ve been creating art for as long as I can remember, but for the past few years I’ve dedicated myself fully to turning my passion into my profession. I graduated with a BA in Visual Arts from the University of Texas at Dallas, and today I specialize in abstract acrylic paintings, realism charcoal portraits, landscapes, and expressive floral work.
My goal is to create pieces that feel personal, meaningful, and full of emotion. Whether I’m working on a custom commission or exploring a new idea on canvas, I pour intention into every detail. Art has always been my way of capturing the beauty, stories, and energy around us — and I love being able to share that with others.
